Choose one post or all of them. Add the words to listen for and write the DM. Add a link button if you want one.

Turn it on
Every matching comment gets its DM. The log shows who got what, and anything that didn't send and why.
Ask first, then send the link.
Turn on reply first and your opening DM asks a quick question. When they answer, Keyward sends the link. People who reply are the ones who want it, and your DMs read like a real conversation.
- Meta allows one private reply per comment. The follow-up only goes out after the person writes back.
- On Instagram you can also leave a public reply under the comment, like "Sent, check your DMs".

Will this get my account in trouble?
Keyward only uses Meta's own API and follows its rules. It messages people who commented your keyword, once per comment, and never scrapes, logs in as you, or runs a browser bot.
Will people feel spammed?
No one gets a DM unless they typed your keyword on your post. They asked for it. Reply first makes it feel even more like a chat.
Where does my login go?
Nowhere. You log in on Meta's screen and Meta hands us an access token. We encrypt it before storing it, and you can cut it off from Keyward or from Meta any time.
I run accounts for clients. Does that work?

FAQ
Is Keyward allowed on Instagram and Facebook?
Yes. Keyward uses the Instagram API and the Messenger Platform from Meta. You connect by logging in on Meta's own screen, and Keyward never asks for your password.
It follows Meta's messaging rules: one private reply per comment, sent within 7 days of the comment.
What kind of Instagram account do I need?
A professional account, which means Business or Creator. Personal accounts can't use Meta's messaging API. Switching is free in Instagram under Settings, then Account type and tools.
Do I need a Facebook Page to use it on Instagram?
No. Instagram connects through Instagram's own login. You only need a Facebook Page if you want automations on that Page's posts.
What does reply first mean?
With reply first on, the first DM asks a short question. When the person answers, Keyward sends your link. If they never answer, nothing else is sent.
Can an agency use Keyward for client accounts?
Yes. Each account is connected through Meta's login, so the owner, or an admin they gave access to, approves it. You can connect several accounts and Pages to one workspace and disconnect any of them whenever you like.
How much does it cost?
The free plan runs up to 3 live campaigns and needs no card. Paid plans with higher limits are planned but aren't on sale yet.
How do I delete my data?
Go to Settings in Keyward and delete your workspace, or remove Keyward in your Instagram or Facebook settings. Either one deletes your tokens, campaigns and message logs. Details are on the data deletion page.
